We want you to feel confident in your SaltWrap style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and feel for your active lifestyle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
